Önreflexió, döntéshozatal és a vállalkozók affektív jólléte
[Cognitive reflectiveness, decision-making, and entrepreneurs affective well-being]

Abstract

Mi magyarázza azt, hogy egyes vállalkozók érzelmileg jól boldogulnak, míg mások nehézségekkel küzdenek? Jelen tanulmány ahhoz kíván hozzájárulni, hogy jobban megértsük, milyen kognitív készségek és döntési stratégiák magyarázzák a vállalkozók affektív jólléte terén tapasztalható egyéni különbségeket. Azt feltételezzük, hogy a vállalkozói döntéshozatalban rejlő bizonytalansággal fokozott negatív és csökkent pozitív affektív állapotok járhatnak együtt. Amellett érvelünk, hogy a vállalkozók bizonytalanságcsökkentő törekvéseit támogató önreflektív készség segíti a vállalkozói cselekedetek önmagyarázatát, ezért pozitívan hat a vállalkozók affektív jóllétére. A megelégedettségre törekvő döntéshozatali stratégia pozitív kapcsolatát az affektív jólléttel pedig azért feltételezzük, mert az optimalizálás a vállalkozói környezetet jellemző nagyfokú bizonytalanság miatt gyakran nem megvalósítható, és ezért az optimalizációs törekvések negatív affektusokat idézhetnek elő. Az empirikus eredmények igazolják a döntéshozatal vizsgált egyéni különbségei és a vállalkozók affektív jólléte között feltételezett kapcsolatot. Eredményeink kiindulási pontként szolgálhatnak a vállalkozói jóllét, a döntéshozatali folyamatok és a kapcsolódó készségek közötti kapcsolatok jövőbeli kutatásához.
