A részmunkaidős foglalkoztatás hatékonyságának empirikus vizsgálata
[The efficiency of part-time employment]

Abstract

Az atipikus foglalkoztatás különböző formái eddig is jelentős szerepet kaptak a gazdasági életben, azonban a Covid-19-járvány okozta gazdasági lassulás még jobban felértékelheti fontosságukat. Tanulmányunkban azt vizsgáljuk, hogy a részmunkaidőben foglalkoztatott dolgozók valamely teljesítménymutatóban hatékonyabbak lehetnek-e a teljes munkaidőben foglalkoztatott társaiknál, tartós átrendeződést okozva ezzel a munkaerőpiacon. A vizsgálathoz egy magyarországi nagyvállalat 4683 dolgozójának 2017 és 2019 közötti, összesen 105 241 hónapra vonatkozó teljesítményadatát használtuk fel. A beazonosított két teljesítménymutató közül az egyiknél szinte minden vizsgált változó esetében a részmunkaidősök bizonyultak hatékonyabbnak, míg a másiknál csak bizonyos változók esetében kaptuk ezt az eredményt.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: E24, J22, J24.
