Toplum 5.0: Insan Odakli Dijital Donusum

Abstract

oplumlarin degisimi ve donusumu son zamanlarda cok daha sik konusulur olmustur. Bu durumun nedeni, dorduncu sanayi devrimi, pandemi, iklim degisikligi, ekolojik sorunlar ve surdurulebilirlik gibi olgularin hayatimiza yarattigi etkiden kaynaklanmaktadir. Ozellikle dorduncu sanayi devriminin sanayide ve uretimde yarattigi potansiyel faydalar isletmelerin ve toplumlarin donusumunu zorunlu kilmaktadir. Bununla birlikte, dorduncu sanayi devrimi, sanayi ve uretimde verimlilige odaklanirken, iklim degisiklikleri, hastaliklar veya ekolojik denge gibi konularda yetersiz kalmaktadir. Bu eksikligi ise Toplum 5.0 veya Endustri 5.0 vizyonu tamamlamaya calismaktadir. Toplum 5.0, Endustri 4.0 ile ortaya cikan bilgi toplumlarindan, daha surdurulebilir bir model olan super akilli toplumlara gecisini ifade etmektedir. Kisaca Toplum 5.0, Endustri 4.0 ile toplumu ve toplumun sorunlarini entegre etmeye calisan bir devrimdir. Bu calismanin amaci, Toplum 5.0 kavraminin yeri, onemi, verimliligi ve gelecekteki potansiyelini anlamak, gelecekteki calismalara temel olusturmak adina literature katki saglamaktir. Bu baglamda, ilgili alanda yapilan arastirmalar incelenmis, kavramsal bir takim cikarimlarda bulunulmustur. Toplum 5.0’in surdurulebilir kalkinma hedefleri ve amaclari ile toplumlarin refahi uzerinde onemli bir etkisi oldugu gorulmektedir. Bu nedenle Toplum 5.0 Turkiye’nin uluslararasi ekonomik ve sosyal alanda rekabet edebilmesi icin oldukca onemli bir konudur. Ozellikle yerli literaturde, uygulama ve stratejiler acisindan onemli bir bosluk bulunan Toplum 5.0 konusunda yapilan bu calisma ile konuya farkindalik olusturmak, kavramin teorik cercevesini cizmek ve gelecekteki arastirmalari tesvik etmek hedeflenmektedir.
