Perch? il neoliberismo non ? sostenibile

Abstract

Il saggio vuole mostrare l?utilit? di un approccio storico accanto a quello concettuale nel dibattito attorno alla sostenibilit? del neoliberismo. L?evidenza storica fornisce inequivocabili argomenti per mostrare il ruolo strategico svolto dagli stati e dalla societ? civile, accanto al mercato, nel sostenere lo sviluppo economico e sociale dei paesi che hanno intrapreso la via del progresso, mentre ? anche in grado di avanzare critiche devastanti ai principali assunti che stanno alla base dei modelli neoclassici. Nelle conclusioni, si richiama la desiderabilit? del paradigma alternativo dell?economia civile, che non nega il mercato ma intende realizzarlo in maniera meno fondamentalista
