Abstract

Teacher job attitudes are widely recognized as critical to educational quality and institutional performance, yet few investigations have explored their complex dimensions within university contexts using validated organizational behavior models. Addressing this gap, the present study employed Robbins and Judge’s (2003) three-dimensional framework, which includes job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment, to evaluate university faculty attitudes and examine demographic or professional variations. A cross-sectional survey was administered to 406 faculty members at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology through convenience sampling. Participants were predominantly female (72%) and held either master’s (53%) or doctoral (47%) degrees. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS for descriptive statistics, regression, reliability testing, and factor analysis. Sampling adequacy was confirmed by a Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin value of 0.948 and Bartlett’s test of sphericity (χ2 = 1,699.53, p
