The estimation of basket willow (Salix viminalis) yield – New approach. Part I: Background and statistical description

Abstract

The overview of developed so far methods for biometric measurements showed a lack of application of the uniform standards, confirmed by the appropriate statistical tools. As a consequence, biomass’ productivity models built on their basis are incomparable between each other, and their use is limited.
