Abstract

This study examines whether corporate digital leadership facilitates the resolution of innovation information dilemmas, integrating theoretical insights from Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the Resource-Based View, and related frameworks through rigorous empirical analysis. By employing a two-way fixed effects model and conducting robustness checks—including instrumental variable methods, interactive fixed effects, and sample exclusions—we demonstrate that digital leadership significantly alleviates innovation information constraints, operating primarily through mechanisms that enhance managerial digital finance literacy and boosting firm-level digital innovation capabilities. Notably, this mitigating effect is more pronounced among enterprises facing greater operational difficulties, highlighting digital leadership as a critical strategic asset for resolving innovation information challenges in diverse business environments.
