Abstract

This study constructs an econometric model based on provincial panel data from China spanning 2011 to 2023, systematically examining the driving effects of digital finance development on the quality upgrade of export trade and its mechanisms. Empirical results indicate that the development of digital finance significantly enhances the quality of regional export products; the degree of regional openness demonstrates a differentiated moderating effect in the relationship between digital finance development and export quality; there is a notable regional differentiation in the impact of digital finance on export quality.
