Diagnosis of the agricultural information, training and advices system in Bulgaria

Abstract

This paper presents a holistic framework for assessing the state and efficiency of the agricultural information, training, and advisory system in Bulgaria. It identifies key institutional, organizational, and functional gaps and proposes improvements to enhance sustainability and innovation in the sector.
