Born globals: conveniencia de definición de determinantes para un país latinoamericano: Colombia

Abstract

Este estudio se centra en indagar las diferentes características de las Born Global en Colombia y su convergencia con las determinantes de una empresa exportadora. Como revisión metodológica se realiza una búsqueda de datos en bases académicas y científicas tales como Scielo, Redalyc y Google Scholar; donde en primera instancia se muestre un enfoque de los casos reportados en Colombia con temática de Born Global, luego presenta un enfoque desde la innovación y el desarrollo, para culminar con la selección de determinantes para una innovación empresarial en empresas con operación internacional. Como primeros resultados se evidencia que las Empresas Nacidas Globales tienen una alta correlación entre el desarrollo e innovación empresarial en cuanto a uno de los pilares fundamentales basados en el Manual de Oslo, el cual se atiende a productos innovadores, de alto nivel y que cumplen con características de las necesidades en el mercado internacional. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This study presents an in-depth look at the different characteristics of the Born Global companies in Colombia and their convergence with the determinants of an export company. As a methodological review, a data search is carried out in academic and scientific bases such as Scielo, Redalyc and Google Scholar; where in the first instance an approach to the cases reported in Colombia with the theme of Born Global is presented, then it presents an approach from innovation and development, to culminate with the selection of determinants for business innovation in companies with international operation. As first results, it is evident that the Global Born Companies have a high correlation between business development and innovation in terms of one of the fundamental pillars based on the Oslo Manual, which deals with innovative, high-level products that comply with characteristics of the needs in the international market. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Este estudo apresenta um olhar aprofundado sobre as diferentes características das empresas Born Global na Colombia e sua convergencia com os determinantes de uma empresa exportadora. Como revisao metodológica, é realizada uma busca de dados em bases academicas e científicas como Scielo, Redalyc e Google Scholar; onde em primeiro lugar é apresentada uma abordagem aos casos relatados na Colombia com o tema Born Global, depois apresenta uma abordagem desde inovacao e desenvolvimento, para culminar com a selecao de determinantes para a inovacao empresarial em empresas com atuacao internacional. Como primeiros resultados, fica evidente que as Global Born Companies tem uma alta correlacao entre desenvolvimento de negócios e inovacao em um dos pilares fundamentais baseados no Manual de Oslo, que trata de produtos inovadores, de alto nível e que atendem as características do necessidades do mercado internacional.
