Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la literatura referida a la gestión del conocimiento en las organizaciones. El objetivo radica en valorar la importancia de la gestión de la información y comunicación como condición clave para otorgar al conocimiento un valor estratégico en la organización. Se parte de fuentes secundarias y se han seleccionado y analizado trabajos que profundizan en los subconceptos de la información y comunicación, así como aquellos que han mostrado claramente el proceso de transferencia práctica de los mismos en la implantación de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento. ****** This paper analyzes the literature on knowledge management in organizations. The objective is to evaluate the importance of information management and communication as a key condition to give the knowledge of strategic value to the organization. It starts from secondary sources have been selected and analyzed the studies that have delved into the sub-concepts of information and communication, as well as those who have shown clearly the process of practice transfer them in the implementation of a knowledge management model.
