Abstract

type="main" xml:lang="fr"> La restructuration du paysage financier qui est apparue au cours des drois dernières décennies a conduit à une réévaluation des modèles coopératifs d'organisation. La démutualisation d'organisations mutuellistes financières est un résultat de ce procesus. Se basant sur une approche d’études de cas, l'article analyse les pressions sur les structures mutuellistes rencontrées par les mutuelles d'assurance vie australiennes. Une telle approche fournit un nombre d’éclairages sur la façon dont les entreprises s'adaptent à des changements dans des environnements régulés et compétitifs. Les auteurs concluent qu'un nombre de forces endogènes et exogènes se combinent pour mener le processus de changement organisationnel.
