Strategie Zarządzania Ryzykiem W Rolnictwie: Postawy Rolników W Polsce

Abstract

Przed współczesnym rolnictwem stoją nowe wyzwania związane z rosnącą ekspozycją na ryzyko, wynikającą z kumulacji niepożądanych czynników, które istotnie wpływają na stabilność funkcjonowania gospodarstw rolnych. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja postaw rolników względem różnych strategii zarządzania ryzykiem, w kontekście prowadzenia gospodarstw rolnych w warunkach niepewności. Podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na dwa pytania badawcze: 1) jakie są postawy rolników względem różnych strategii zarządzania ryzykiem oraz 2) w jaki sposób postawy te związane są z charakterystykami respondentów i ich gospodarstw. Badania przeprowadzono metodą ankietową w 2019 roku na próbie 205 aktywnych producentów rolnych. Jako narzędzie badawcze zastosowano współczynnik V Cramera wraz z testem niezależności chi-kwadrat oraz analizę korespondencji. Wśród deklarowanych strategii najczęściej wskazywano intensyfikację produkcji, systematyczne inwestowanie, korzystanie z kredytów, podnoszenie kwalifikacji rolniczych i współdziałanie z innymi rolnikami. Układ zależności sugeruje, że dywersyfikacja źródeł dochodu i kapitał ludzki sprzyjają bardziej aktywnemu, proinwestycyjnemu podejściu do ryzyka, a współpraca i uczenie się stanowią istotne uzupełnienie strategii finansowych. Jednocześnie wyłaniają się dwa porządki działań: zewnętrzna asekuracja (dochody pozarolnicze, kredyt, inwestycje) oraz wewnętrzna odporność (różnicowanie i intensyfikacja produkcji, przynależność do grup, przygotowanie rolnicze). O wyborach przesądzają przede wszystkim wizja rozwoju gospodarstwa, specjalizacja produkcji i aktywność pozarolnicza, podczas gdy cechy strukturalno-demograficzne mają znaczenie wtórne.
