Modèles de firme et formes du capitalisme : Penser la diversité comme agenda de recherche pour la TR

Abstract

L’article propose de recentrer l’agenda de recherche de la théorie de la régulation sur la diversité synchronique des formes institutionnelles articulant les différents niveaux d’analyse (micro, meso, macro). La première partie porte sur les relations entre organisation et institution en discutant l’hypothèse d’isomorphisme et en soulignant les approches de la diversité couplant macro et micro (la firme). La seconde partie se focalise sur la recherche des modalités d’articulation entre les différents niveaux (la firme, le secteur, le système social d’innovation et de production).
