A differenciált árazással kapcsolatos ösztönzőkről
[Incentives related to differential pricing]

Abstract

Differenciált árazás esetében ugyanazért a termékért vagy szolgáltatásért az igénybevétel időpontjától függően eltérő árat kell fizetni. A tanulmány áttekinti az ezzel kapcsolatban felmerülő legfontosabb kérdéseket (fogyasztói alkalmazkodás, kapacitáskihasználtság), valamint az aktuálisan adható közgazdasági válaszokat. Megmutatjuk, milyen körülmények között vezet Pareto-javuláshoz a csúcsidei árazás bevezetése, majd különböző fogyasztási szokásokat feltételezve vizsgáljuk a vállalat ösztönzöttségét a differenciált árazásra. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy a vállalat ösztönzői lehetnek technológiai jellegűek és keresletoldaliak is. A fogyasztók pedig annál jobban járnak, minél rugalmasabban tudnak alkalmazkodni. Az alkalmazkodást segítő módszerek (megbízható ár-összehasonlító oldalak, olcsó okosmérők stb.) könnyebb elérhetősége érdekében szabályozói beavatkozásra is szükség lehet.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L12, L50, L90.
