Eine Inhaltsanalyse von Freitagspredigten der Türkischen Islamischen Union der Anstalt für Religion e.V

Abstract

In der letzten Dekade hat die Rolle von muslimischen Ländern für die Integration von Immigranten und religiöser Bildung immer wieder Kontroversen ausgelöst. Die Debatten über die Türkisch-Islamische Union der Anstalt für Religion e.V. (DITIB) ist eins solcher Beispiele. DITIB ist die größte Organisation für sunnitische Muslime in Deutschland mit mehr als 800 Moscheen und beteiligt sich zum Beispiel an der Organisation von religiöser Bildung in öffentlichen Schulen und Sprachkursen. Kritische Stimmen haben sie als den verlängerten Arm des türkischen Staates bezeichnet, der eine Barriere für die Integration von Minderheiten darstellt, indem sie emotional an ihr Heimatland gebunden werden. Die Türkei schickt Imame, um Freitagsgebete abzuhalten, das wichtigste Gebet der Woche. Wir wissen jedoch sehr wenig über den Inhalt, der in den Moscheen darüber vermittelt wird. Gemessen an der Anzahl der Moscheen und dem hohen Anteil, den die türkische Minderheit an Muslimen ausmacht, wird die Reichweite DITIBs als vergleichsweise hoch eingeschätzt. Unsere quantitative und qualitative Inhaltsanalyse basiert auf 481 Predigten, die zwischen 2011 und 2019 auf der Internetseite von DITIB veröffentlicht wurden. Die Analysen zeigen, dass die Themen Barmherzigkeit, das Jenseits und Liebe oftmals auftauchen, in der Regel in Kombination mit anderen Themen. Eine Minderheit der Predigten weist Heimatbezüge auf. Diese nehmen insbesondere dann zu, wenn Ereignisse auftreten, wie beispielsweise Terroranschläge oder der Coup. Die Inhaltsanalyse zeigt, dass die Predigten das Konzept Heimatland im Wesentlichen auf fünferlei Weise thematisieren: erstens wird Heimat explizit erwähnt, die damit verbundenen Emotionen, Normen und Pflichten gegenüber dem Vaterland und der Verehrung der Märtyrer. Insbesondere letztere finden auch Eingang in Predigten, wo implizite Bezüge zur Heimat durch die Diskussion geschichtlicher Ereignisse hergestellt werden. Drittens werden Parallelen zu historischen Ereignissen in der Geschichte des Islams aufgebaut, die mit Auswanderung und dem Verlust der Heimat in Verbindung standen. Die beiden letzten Kontexte diskutieren zum einen Deutschland als neue Heimat oder schlagen eine Brücke zu Diyanet, die als Stiftung auftritt.
