Abstract

Nach mehr als zehnjähriger Unterbrechung hat mit Arbeiten von ROMER (1986) und LUCAS (1988) eine bis in die Gegenwart anhaltende Renaissance wachstumstheoretischen Forschung eingesetzt. Ausgangspunkt der neuen Ansätze ist das SOLOWsche neoklassischeWachstumsmodell, das durch Modifikation wichtiger Grundannahmen zu einer Wachstumstheorieweiterentwickelt wird, nach der der Wirtschaftspolitik Einfluß auch auf die langfristige Wachstumsrate von Pro-Kopf-Einkommen und Produktivität zukommt.
