Regionale Gestaltung der Transformation: Ergebnisse einer bundesweiten Online-Befragung und darauf aufbauender themenfokussierter Expert*innen-Interviews

Abstract

Digitalisierung und Dekarbonisierung bewirken grundlegende Veränderungen. Diese Transformation muss nachvollziehbar und gerecht gestaltet werden, wenn das Vertrauen in die Demokratie gesichert werden soll - das ist durch Forschung vielfach belegt. Notwendig sind Mitgestaltungsrechte und -formate für die Beschäftigten und ihre Interessenvertretungen, vor allem regional, näher an den konkreten Prozessen. Die Studie schafft auf Basis einer Online-Befragung und vertiefenden Gruppeninterviews mit gewerkschaftlichen Expert*innen aus den Regionen einen Überblick. Eine Vielfalt von Ansätzen ist feststellbar, allerdings mit großen regionalen Lücken und einem erkennbarem West-Ost-Gefälle. Verbindlichkeit und Koordinierung der Ansätze sollten verbessert werden.
