Abstract

Mit der "Grünen Transformation" gehen technologische-, ökonomische-, und personalwirtschaftliche Herausforderungen einher. Für die Wasserstoffversorgung und die Stahlindustrie sowie für den Energieanlagenbau analysiert das Working Paper wesentliche Einflussfaktoren und szenariobasierte Auswirkungen auf Beschäftigung und Qualifikationsanforderungen in der Stahlindustrie. Zusammenfassend werden Handlungsempfehlungen für Industriepolitik und betriebspolitische Arbeit abgeleitet.
