Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect influence of compensation, empowerment, and job satisfaction to employee loyalty, to analyze direct and indirect influence of compensation and empowerment to job satisfaction, to analyze direct and indirect influence of empowerment to job satisfaction and to analyze the direct and indirect influence to compensation to empowerment. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, and data analysis techniques used path analysis. Population in this research is all employees of Private university in the city of Bengkulu which amounted to 173 people and taken sample 149 people using Slovin formula. The technique used is proportional random sampling. The conclusion of this research shows that there is direct positive influence of compensation, empowerment, and job satisfaction to employee satisfaction. There is a direct positive influence of compensation and empowerment to job satisfaction. There is a direct positive influence of compensation to empowerment.
