Orientasi kewirausahaan dalam bisnis keluarga

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengekplorasi konsep orientasi kewirausahaan dalam bisnis keluarga. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa peranan orientasi kewirausahaan ditentukan oleh mekanisme eksploitasi pengetahuan pada anggota keluarga yang berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Kajian kewirausahaan dalam perusahaan milik keluarga banyak membahas tentang hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan keluarga, etika, dan keterlibatan.
