Approaches to Measuring Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships: Recommendations and Considerations

Abstract

This report, developed as part of the Study of Early Head Start (EHS)-Child Care Partnerships, provides a road map for measuring all aspects of the EHS and child care partnerships included in the theory of change, which was informed and developed as part of an initial literature review.
