Abstract

Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los determinantes de los esquemas contractuales adoptados para la participación privada en ocho proyectos de concesión de infraestructura: dos del sector de acueductos (planta de tratamiento de Tibitoc, acueducto de Cartagena), tres de infraestructura de transporte (segunda pista del aeropuerto El Dorado, puerto de Cartagena, red Atlántica del ferrocarril), uno de telecomunicaciones (telefonía móvil celular) y dos del sector eléctrico (repotenciación de Tebsa y reconstrucción de Termoflores).
