Abstract

"The household panel survey 'Labour Market and Social Security' (PASS) shows that in 2013 the need for additional benefit receipt for employees is often caused by low working hours and hourly wages. They could improve their job situation by searching for another or an additional job. While every second employed benefit recipient with a marginal part-time job searches for work, only 15 percent of employed benefit recipients with full or regular part-time jobs search for work."
