Abstract

Cet article se propose d'analyser la crédibilité d'un approvisionnement de l'Union européenne en hydrocarbures à partir de la Caspienne. L'enjeu est en particulier d'examiner si cet approvisionnement peut être une source crédible pour l'UE de diversification de ses fournisseurs et une alternative à la fourniture russe
