Abstract

The cooperative spirit is characterized by a number of principles based on the commitment of the individuals, volunteering, the role of employees, the decision system, the distribution of value creation ... But, in order to develop the cooperative networks have often borrowed the legal structure of existing commercial forms. Cooperative groups (in their ongoing quest for efficiency?) were massively transformed in recent years, into large multi-faceted sets consisting of many subsidiaries, investments, alliances and networks... According to their needs, they have conceptualized and developed new strategic and organizational forms that fit into the organization and remodel design. These organizations are implementing all the possible legal forms and contractual characteristics, which affect the mind and the relationships between actors and their actions on value creation. Is the cooperative spirit changed? Its message and its specificities are they blurred by new forms of organization?
