Abstract

Cet article étudie les Parcs Industriels Fournisseurs (PIF) à la lumière des travaux sur les communautés de pratiques. La proximité géographique, singulière des PIF, offre certainement davantage d‟occasion aux partenaires industriels d‟échanger sur leurs pratiques. Les communautés de pratique sont-elles pour autant omniprésentes au sein des PIF ? Afin de répondre à cette question, dans une première partie, est mise en perspective la notion de communautés de pratique ainsi que ses particularités. Dans une deuxième partie, les interactions entre les différents acteurs d‟un PIF et l‟existence sous-jacente de communautés de pratique sont étudiées. Enfin, la troisième partie aborde les phénomènes d‟acculturations observables au sein des PIF. En effet, l‟un des fondements des communautés de pratique est lié à la culture commune de ses membres. Or, au sein des réseaux de proximité observés, l‟émergence de codes, de conventions, la conscience de l‟objectif commun se développent dans un cadre hiérarchique classique entre un donneur d‟ordres et ses fournisseurs. Sur quels fondements résident alors la légitimité du parallèle établi entre les communautés de pratique et les PIF ?
