Abstract

Depuis les années 2000, Renault, comme le reste du monde automobile est bousculé par de nouveaux acteurs (Google, Tesla, Uber...), des pressions écologiques, et l'adoption de normes urbaines anti-voiture. Renault doit revoir l'organisation de ses activités innovantes. Dans ce but, Renault a créé un nouveau domaine d'expertise, appelé innovation-patterns. Ce papier a pour but de modéliser les innovation-patterns pour la conception innovante d'une ingénierie automobile devant faire face aux innovations exogènes. La revue de littérature permet d'identifier deux types d'innovation-patterns : ceux qui décrivent des cycles d'innovations et ceux qui génèrent de l'innovation. Les travaux s'appuient sur une recherche collaborative et qualitative au sein de l'ingénierie de Renault. Les résultats montrent : que chaque modèle des innovation-patterns décrit un aspect de l'ingénierie, et qu'il existe un modèle d'innovation-patterns pour la conception innovante dans les transitions.
