Abstract

Abstract : Our central problems intend to answer the role of the pet as factor of involvement and reduction of stress in an organization. In present time, alone encouraging therapeutic effects were underlined in a context completely different from that of the organization. From a clear theoretical basis (theory of social facilitation and analysis on social support), this paper seeks to better understand the potential impact of a little studied on two key concepts in the management literature resource: stress and organizational commitment.
