Abstract

Cet état des lieux permet de mieux comprendre la genèse de la sécurité civile française, cette armée aux multiples statuts composée de militaires et denprofessionnels qui dépend du Ministère de l'Intérieur, afin de comprendre son évolution et ses perspectives pour appréhender au mieux les enjeux nationaux et européens des politiques publiques.
