Démarche empirique d'identification des trajectoires d'appropriation: le cas NotePlus

Abstract

Pour comprendre les phénomènes collectifs d'appropriation des solutions TIC, nous proposons une approche d'identification des trajectoires d'appropriation à travers un cas d'implémentation d'outil de gestion pédagogique dans un établissement scolaire. En rupture avec les approches déterministes, notre développement privilégiera l'approche interactionniste qui prend en compte la dynamique récursive entre les actions, la structure et les outils. Le croisement de l'approche sociotechnique de la traduction, qui permet une retranscription des phénomènes d'innovation (Callon 1986 ; Akrich, Callon & Latour 1988a ; Akrich, Callon, & Latour 1988b ; Latour 1989 ; Akrich 1993) et de l'approche structurationniste, qui souligne l'interaction entre les actions et les structures (Giddens 1984) permet de construire un cadre conceptuel de retranscription des phénomènes d'appropriation. L'évolution des formes d' « enactment » est dans cette perspective, le résultat de compromis où les acteurs trouvent un intéressement toujours plus important dans l'usage de la solution TIC. Pour expliquer le parcours d'appropriation des professeurs, nous mettrons en exergue les différentes formes d' « enactment » des individus à travers une catégorisation idéale-typique. En suivant les parcours d' « enactment » des individus, l'identification des trajectoires d'appropriation devient possible. L'application de cette méthode révèle alors les négociations et les compromis entre les usages et la technologie « enactée » nécessaires à l'appropriation de la solution TIC
