La formation sur le tas par diffusion du savoir : estimations sur donnees marocaines, mauriciennes et tunisiennes

Abstract

Cette etude teste sur des echantillons d'employes d'entreprises marocaines, mauriciennes et tunisiennes un modele ameliorant sensiblement la comprehension des processus d'apprentissage en entreprise (Levy-Garboua, 1994). La formation sur le tas fait l'objet d'une analyse grace a une estimation du "learning by watching", identifie comme l'une des composantes essentielles de l'apprentissage informel.
