Les restructurations dans l’Union européenne: récentes évolutions (2005-2006)

Abstract

This paper presents an evaluation of the EU reactions facing corporate restructurings. It shows a real mobilisation to find new ways: organisation of a Task Force (EU Commission), Forum with pertinent actors with regional, national and European actors, creation of an anti-globalization Fund, first step of a policy creating adjustments in the EU. But a large number of questions are open: what’s restructuring means in the EU?, social dialogue v. CSR for governance?, what’s anticipation?
