Abstract

Bildung ist ein wichtiger Bestimmungsfaktor für Löhne und Erfolg auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Wie schätzen Studierende den Wert ihres Universitätsabschlusses ein? Unsere Studie zeigt, dass sie sich davon hauptsächlich einen Signalwert erhoffen und weniger daran glauben, während des Studiums Fähigkeiten zu erlangen, die ihre spätere Arbeitsleistung erhöhen.
