Abstract

This chapter discusses international trade structure, which explains the contemporary requirements for trade and logistics management. Globalization has driven tremendous entrepreneurial dynamism in the marketplace down to the bottom-of-the-pyramid of the market strata causing bidirectional movements of business forces. This chapter discusses decision complexities, new dimensions of competitive growth, business partnering model, trade collaboration, and market competition.
