Das Unternehmerbild im Lehrerzimmer: Ein- und Vorstellungen von Lehrkräften zu Entrepreneurship und Familienunternehmen

Abstract

Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln ist eine Schlüsselkompetenz moderner Gesellschaften. Es verbindet wirtschaftliche Effizienz mit sozialer Verantwortung und ist damit zentral für eine mündige Teilhabe an Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Die aktuelle Studie der Stiftung Familienunternehmen untersucht, wie Lehrkräfte in Deutschland Unternehmertum, Unternehmen und insbesondere Familienunternehmen wahrnehmen - und welche Einstellungen sie gegenüber Entrepreneurship Education vertreten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen: Lehrkräfte bewerten unternehmerische Bildung als wichtigen Bestandteil schulischer Allgemeinbildung. Gleichzeitig offenbaren sich deutliche Unterschiede im Unternehmerbild, in der Einschätzung von Familienunternehmen und in den Erwartungen an Bildungspolitik und Lehrkräfteausbildung.
