Finanzmarktregulierung nach der Finanzmarktkrise: Vorschläge für eine Neuordnung der internationalen Finanzarchitektur

Abstract

Ausgehend von der Krise im Finanzsektor analysiert der ehemalige Investmentbanker Enno Balz, wie es zu der weltweiten Wirtschaftskrise kam, die mit dem Zusammenbruch der Investmentbank Lehman Brothers 2008 begann. Sein Fazit: Schuldeninduziertes Wachstum gepaart mit fehlender Regulierung waren die wesentlichen Treiber dieser Systemkrise. Auf der Grundlage dieser Analyse entwickelt Balz Vorschläge für eine effektive Regulierung, mit der die Folgen ähnlicher Krisen verhindert bzw. zumindest eingedämmt werden könnten
