Abstract

La propuesta académica contenida en este libro se refiere a la aplicación del principio de ponderación en materia ambiental como una herramienta hermenéutica para la solución de conflictos entre la protección ambiental, los derechos sociales y fundamentales, y el desarrollo económico.
