Abstract

Una visión de la culpa que pretenda comprender desde la perspectiva más amplia posible el instituto no puede prescindir de una mirada omnicomprensiva, que se aparte de los estrictos marcos normativos, de modo que una mirada histórica, una propiamente filosófica y otra dogmática pueden decirnos mucho de lo que es la culpa y sobre el papel que juega en los distintos órdenes sociales del ser humano
