Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt, wie eine strategische Steuerung und Erfolgsmessung digitaler Marketingmassnahmen unter dem Einsatz multipler Digital-Analytics-Instrumente gelingen kann. Als Möglichkeit für eine Integration strategischer und operativ-taktischer Sichtweisen wird das Konzept selektiver Kennzahlen dargestellt.
