Joint Venture Management Risks: A Case Study

Abstract

Sa zajedničkim pothvatom povezuju se brojni rizici među kojima su najizraženiji rizici upravljanja. Pojedini rizici upravljanja svojstveni su svim zajedničkim pothvatima, dok su neki specifični za određeni kontekst ili su izraženi i u slučaju hijerarhijskog obavljanja. U istraživanju se identificiraju najizraženiji rizici upravljanja zajedničkog pothvata općenito, dok studija slučaja pokazuje određene značajke s obzirom na kontekstualne čimbenike. Kao najizraženiji rizici upravljanja u kontekstu domaćeg, bilateralnog, paritetnog, vertikalnog te zajedničkog pothvata s ulogom identificiraju se sljedeći: nepotpunost i neslaganje s pojedinim odredbama ugovora, neslaganje zbog alokacije poslova, pretjerano upletanje matičnog poduzeća te nedostatak upravljačkih kompetencija partnera.
