Abstract

This article attempts to explore the current challenges facing business management in the emerging digitaleconomy, highlighting the multifaceted challenges and opportunities that arise in this dynamic environment. In particular,in exploring the relationship between digitization and business management, this research covers several importantareas. In particular, it highlights the effective aspects of adapting organizational structures and processes for the effectiveuse of digital technologies, analyzes the need for innovation in the context of rapid technological evolution.
