Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of locus of control on workplace performance and pay satisfaction on a sample of 61 participants, both male and female. The methods used in this study were: the Work Locus of Control Scale (WLCS), the Williams and Anderson’s Performance Scale and the Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire. The questionnaires were completed through the Goodle forms platform. The sampling technique was one of convenience, thus we selected the people available to participate in the study. According to the results, there is no significant difference in locus of control according to gender. In contrast, there are significant correlations between locus of control and job performance and locus of control and pay satisfaction.
