E-mail: arean@hse.ruАдрес: 101000 Москва, ул. Мясницкая, 20.Феномен школьной травли (буллинга) рассматривается с точки зрения его взаимосвязи с составляющими школьного климата. Приводятся основные характеристики буллинга: распространенность, возрастные и социальные характеристики, данные об эффективности различных программ его профилактики. Особое внимание среди факторов, влияющих на распространенность травли в школе, уделяется такому компоненту школьного климата, как социальные связи - отношения учителя и учеников, а также учеников между собой. В частности, приводятся данные о бытующих в учительской среде представлениях о феномене травли, о стратегиях, которыми пользуются педагоги в ситуациях, когда она возникает, о влиянии отношений учителей с детьми на риск вовлеченности последних в травлю. Статья носит аналитический характер и основывается на зарубежных и отечественных научных публикациях, преимущественно изданных в последнее десятилетие.
