О Динамике Совокупной Факторной Производительности В Российской Переходной Экономике

Abstract

Работа посвящена анализу динамики совокупной факторной производительности (СФП) в российской переходной экономике, ее основных отраслях и отраслях промышленности. Построены различные оценки динамики СФП, в том числе с учетом загрузки основных фондов, существенно более высокой эффективности вновь вводимых фондов, отработанного времени. Показано, что наихудшую динамику СФП демонстрируют отрасли с относительно благополучной динамикой выпуска и не имеющие достаточных стимулов к повышению производительности. Наилучшую динамику СФП, по крайней мере, на этапе доминирования тенденций роста, демонстрируют отрасли, относительно менее благополучные в плане динамики выпуска, не монополизированные и столкнувшиеся с жесткими ограничениями спроса. Проведенный анализ динамики СФП показывает, что ситуация в российской экономике далеко не столь пессимистична, как это следует из анализа динамики выпуска и его структуры.
