Мигранты На Российском Рынке Труда: Портрет И Заработная Плата

Abstract

За последнее десятилетие Россия стала одной из крупнейших стран, принимающих мигрантов. Однако экономического анализа трудовой миграции в России практически не проводилось. Используя данные опроса домохозяйств Таджикистана, проведенного Всемирным Банком в 2007 и 2009 гг., мы описываем типичного трудового мигранта в России, а также анализируем разрыв в заработках мигрантов и российских работников. При рассмотрении профиля типичного мигранта мы учитываем образование, знание русского языка, семейное положение, состав семьи, городское или сельское происхождение, т.е. факторы, которые дают представление о механизме отбора в миграцию. Типичный мигрант из Таджикистана мужчина в возрасте около 30 лет, имеющий общее среднее образование, происходящий из сельской местности, член крупного домохозяйства. Мы находим разрыв между доходами мигрантов и российских работников в 37% в 2007 г. и 45% в 2009 г.
