Инфраструктура Производственных Услуг: Новые Тенденции

Abstract

Материально-техническое обеспечение и сфера услуг определяют более половины всех издержек в сельском хозяйстве. По данным наших исследований, в зерновой отрасли Омской области материальные издержки в структуре затрат составляют около 60%. В современных условиях существенно изменяются формы взаимодействия потребителей и поставщиков. Рынок ресурсов и услуг в регионах приобретает новые очертания. Материально-технические ресурсы и ремонтно-технические услуги на рынке контролируются ограниченным числом производителей, торговых фирм, сервисных структур, что создает предпосылки создания крупных корпоративных систем с разветвленной сетью. В этих условиях задачи развития необходимо формулировать с точки зрения глобальных процессов. Создание крупных интегрированных структур с выходом на мировые рынки, как в сфере сельскохозяйственного производства, так и в обеспечивающей инфраструктурной сфере является велением времени.
