ABSTRACT The manufacturing industries behavior and evolution analysis related to territorial disequilibrium, still occupies an important place in growth, development and geography research. This work wishes to analyze the territorial behavior of Colombia s manufacturing industry using, as framework, the growth and economical geography theory and, also, convergence techniques for determining the inequalities increase or reduction at a regional development level, measured by industrial productivity and associated to adopted economical models in Colombia for the past 30 years.
