Цифрові Компетентності Соціальних Працівників Як Передумова Готовності До Навчання Літніх Людей

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає в тому, щоб визначити рівень готовності соціальних працівників до навчання цифровим технологіям літніх людей в університетах третього віку, які діють на базі територіальних центрів соціального обслуговування. Дослідження проводилося в Полтавській області протягом червня 2020 – жовтня 2020 року. Вибірковою сукупністю були соціальні працівники, які надають освітні послуги слухачам Університету третього віку. Загальна кількість респондентів дослідження – 73 особи. Аналіз цифрової грамотності соціальних працівників, які надають геронтоосвітні послуги, проводився за п’ятьма основними параметрами: інформаційна грамотність, комп’ютерна грамотність, комунікативна та медіа-грамотність, і технологічна грамотність. Результати оцінки рівня цифрової грамотності показують, що дві третини соціальних працівників-викладачів мають достатньо знань, навичок і слідують вірним установкам. Водночас цифрові уміння в середньому отримали 3,2 бали (3,4 міські та 3,0 селищні) із 5 можливих. Більшість соціальних працівників (66 осіб, 90%) цифрові технології у геронтоосвітньому процесі Університетів третього віку активно використовують менше 10 років. У ході дослідження було виявлено, що у теперішній ситуації 96% соціальних працівників–герогогів мають бажання перейти до онлайн-навчання, з них 78% висловили бажання пройти фахову перепідготовку з ведення онлайн навчання. Як основні перешкоди для освоєння і розробки герогогічних технологій-інновацій соціальні працівники назвали: недостатню інформованість про цифрові нововведення, відсутність науково-методичної літератури з соціальних технологій навчання літніх людей; недостатність матеріально-технічного забезпечення для застосування герогогічних цифрових нововведень; відсутність матеріального стимулювання. Результати дослідження засвідчують необхідність розвитку у соціальних працівників-герогогів: знань у галузі сучасної комп’ютерної техніки та програмного забезпечення, а також принципів їх роботи; навичок використання сучасних технологій (ґаджетів і додатків); установок в області верифікації інформації з Інтернету і ЗМІ; установок щодо користі сучасних ґаджетів для повсякденного життя професіонала.
