Abstract

En el presente estudio se analiza la innovación sostenible en empresas de manufactura. En el estudio, de enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal con diseño de investigación no experimental, se utilizó un instrumento de medición que está compuesto por 21 ítems, en la recolección de datos se obtuvo 304 participantes. La información ha sido analizada en los paquetes estadísticos SPSS, SMART - PLS y AMOS, herramientas utilizadas para realizar las pruebas de confiabilidad, validez y ajuste del modelo mediante análisis factorial confirmatorio. Para lograr el ajuste del modelo se eliminaron tres ítems obteniendo dos variables significativas: capacidad dinámica sostenible (X2) y liderazgo transformacional sostenible (X4)
